Hardwood Cleaner Resources ships products within the continental US. We do not ship orders overseas. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you, once the merchandise is delivered by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the product. Product pages list the product's weight at the bottom of the page.

0 LBS - 9.99 LBS = $5.99
10 LBS - 19.99 LBS = $9.99
20 LBS - 29.99 LBS = $13.99
30 LBS - 39.99 LBS = $16.99
40 LBS and over = $18.99

Please note that liquids cannot be shipped via US Postal Service and FedEx cannot ship to PO Boxes. Shipping generally takes 2-7 business days. While we try to keep all merchandise in-stock, if an item is expected to be on backorder for longer than 7 business days we will contact you.

Returns:
You must Contact Us, so we can issue you a return merchandise authorization number. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns and shipping costs are not reimbursed. Merchandise must be in unused condition and in it's original packing. You are responsible for products damaged during shipping, so remember to pack all items with the proper amount of peanuts / paper.
