OMNI Elite Sealer 16oz

Looking for a stain protection from Water-based and Oil-Based contaminates then use our Elite Sealer. This Sealer creates a durable, deep, below surface stain barrier that will keep your surface looking flawless. OMNI Elite Sealer works well with unglazed tiles such as ceramic, porcelain, quarry and Concrete such as Brick, and pavers. Surface Preparation/Removal

- Existing Sealers - OMNI sealer remover
- Exsisting Coatings - OMNI Heavy duty Cleaner
- Existing Contaminates - OMNI Deep Cleaner 
- Existing Residue - OMNI Efflorescence Remover

Elite Sealer Application

- Allow new grout grout installations to cure for at least 48 hours prior to application
- Make sure surface is clean and dry
- Apply Sealer to surface using sealer sponge or a mop, paint roller, brush or a micro fiber towel
- Allow sealer to sit for 5 minutes
- Wipe surface dry and some surfaces may need 2 or more coats
- Allow 30 minutes drying time between coats and surface is ready in 12 hours after final coat.
- Keep Area dry for up to 24 hours
-Some surfaces may require more applications
