Dura Seal Hardwood Floor Renovator cleans and reseals in just one step. This floor renovator can be used on Dura Seal finished floors, unglazed terra cotta tile, concrete, and terrazzo. This effective combination of resin and solvent will have your floors looking their best in no time at all. No finished coat is required. This floor renovator is a neutral color. No finish coat is required; however you can add Dura Seal Penetrating Finish in the color needed in a 1 to 4 ratio to obtain the desired color. Total coverage of Dura Seal Renovator is approximately 900 square feet per gallon.

This floor renovator is for use on hardwood floors that have been previously finished with Dura Seal Penetrating Finish or Penetrating Gym Finish. Also, you can use this product on hardwood floors that have been finished with Dura Finish Liquid Floor Wax or Paste Wax. This hardwood cleaner and floor renovator, as stated above, can also be used on your concrete, terrazzo, or terra cotta tile. Dura Seal Hardwood Floor Renovator Directions

-Floor will need to be clean of loose dirt and other particles before beginning
-Apply floor renovator with a lamb's wool applicator, brush or sprayer
-Work in a small area no larger then 100 square feet
-Leave renovator on floor 5 to 10 minutes
-Use a #3 steel wool pad to scrub floor free of renovator and dirt particles
-Change steel wool as needed to insure proper cleaning of floor
-Continue working around floor area in small sections in above manner
-Floor should be dry to the touch when done
-Dry at least 4 hours keeping in mind high humidity or low room temperature may affect drying time
-No finish coat is needed; however Dura Seal Paste Wax or Penetrating Finish may be applied
